SAP Business AI is built in, led by Joule. Joule is the assistant your team works with directly, backed by agents that handle routine work in finance, procurement and supply chain. For your own use cases we build governed agents in Joule Studio that run inside SAP’s boundaries, using your permissions and your data, which keeps it controlled rather than exposed.
