Leverage Technologies Pty Ltd, a registered business in Australia with ACN 112432041; ABN 73112432041, (“Leverage”, “we”, “us”) provides ERP consulting, implementation and support services including Levcore (levcore.ai) which is our AI practice. This policy covers our websites (leveragetech.com.au and levcore.ai) and the personal information we handle in the course of our business. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Details you give us. When you contact us, request a demo or proposal, register for an event or webinar, download content, join the Levcore waitlist, or request a Levcore AI-readiness report, we collect what you enter: typically your name, job title, company, work email address and phone number. For the AI-readiness check we also keep your answers to the assessment questions and the scores calculated from them.
Customer records. If your organisation becomes a customer, we hold the business records needed to deliver and support your solution: contacts, project and support history, and licensing details.
Technical information. For form submissions on levcore.ai we record which page and campaign the submission came from and your browser’s user-agent string, plus a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only for abuse prevention. We do not store the IP address itself. Cookies and analytics are covered below.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information or government identifiers), and we ask that you do not send it to us.
How we use it
To send you what you asked for, such as your AI-readiness report, and to respond to your enquiry.
To deliver, support and improve our services and websites.
To follow up about your enquiry and, where you have opted in or would reasonably expect it as a customer, to tell you about relevant products, services and events. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
Service providers who process it for us. Website enquiry and lead data from levcore.ai is hosted in Sydney, Australia (Vercel and Neon PostgreSQL); the emails we send you, including AI-readiness reports, are sent via Amazon SES from the Sydney (Australia) region. Mailchimp and SAP Sales Cloud are used to keep information and also used to unsubscribe or opt-out.
Software publishers, where needed to license or support your solution (for example SAP or Sage), limited to the business contact details required.
Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
levcore.ai loads Google Analytics only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. We enable analytics cookies only, never advertising or ad-personalisation cookies, and your choice is remembered in your browser, where you can clear it at any time.
leveragetech.com.au uses cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used.
Where your information is held
Primarily in Australia (Sydney), as described above. Some providers, such as Google Analytics, may process limited technical data outside Australia; where that happens we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Website enquiries and AI readiness submissions on levcore.ai are deleted automatically 24 months after submission.
Customer records are kept for the life of the relationship plus statutory record-keeping periods.
Security
Personal information is held on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and available to our staff only where their role requires it.
Access, correction, deletion and complaints
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you from an enquiry or marketing list. Contact [email protected] and we will respond promptly, normally within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
