Everyone’s bought the tools.
Almost nobody’s captured the value.

That’s not a technology problem. It’s a foundation problem without context, permissions, data readiness, and deployment choice. It happens to be exactly the foundation we’ve been building and running for clients for 20 years. AI advisory, for us, isn’t a new discipline bolted on. It’s the same discipline; process, data, controls, ROI but pointed at a new capability. The models are astonishing and getting cheaper by the month. That’s not where businesses are stuck. They’re stuck on the unglamorous foundation underneath: whether the data is trustworthy, whether permissions are modelled properly, whether anyone can explain what the AI did, and whether the deployment choice actually fits. The recent Gartner CIO research tells the story bluntly:

are only breaking even or worse on their AI investment

admit their data is not AI-ready

haven't begun scaling AI across the business

Start with a free five-minute check.
Walk away with a board-ready plan.

Wherever you are on the AI curve, there’s a clear next step here. Each engagement stands alone and together they take you from “we know we should be doing something with AI” to “here’s the costed plan, and here’s the first thing we’re shipping.”

1 · AI Readiness Assessment

A short, honest scorecard across the foundations that actually predict AI success: data quality, permission maturity, process readiness, urgency. Result on screen, no email gate, no sales chase. Most people are surprised by which axis is holding them back.

2 · AI Strategy & Roadmap

Where AI fits your business over the next 12–24 months, sequenced by value and feasibility and not by whichever vendor shouted loudest. Opportunities staged into now / next / later, with a build-vs-buy-vs-wait call on each. A plan you can defend line by line at board level.

3 · AI Value Workshop

Two weeks, around three senior consulting days, productised so it lands consistently: scoped and quoted per engagement. We size the ROI before you spend a dollar on subscriptions, units or tokens: 5 to 8 ranked use cases, a build-vs-buy-vs-wait call on each, readiness flags, a 90 day quick win, and a one page board ready summary.

4 · AI Business Case & ROI

The number the board will ask for. Value sized against four levers: cycle time, manual touches, exceptions & rework, decision speed and pressure tested against real cost. AI can become a utility bill; tokens are the new currency. We make sure every token earns its keep, and that the case survives contact with the invoice.

5. Data Readiness

The honest read most vendors won’t give you. Before you automate anything: completeness, structure, consistency, and the permission model around it. 57% of organisations admit their data isn’t AI-ready: better to learn that in a two week assessment than three months into a build. We name which gaps are quick fixes and which are real.

6 · AI Governance Review

The part almost everyone skips until it bites. Responsible AI posture: permissions and least privilege, data residency, auditability, human in the loop, and an ISO 42001 aligned framework for policy and risk. Essential for finance and audit sensitive teams.

Advice grounded in outcomes

that can move the needle

Most AI consultancies turn up with a framework and read your industry out of a manual. We turn up already knowing your ERP, because we have implemented it hundreds of times and sat with finance teams through month end close. That means we are not guessing where the time goes. We have seen it: the AP invoices someone keys in by hand, the credit blocks sitting un-actioned for three days, the sales order exceptions that quietly become a Friday afternoon problem, the reporting pack that takes two people a week to assemble. So the conversation starts where the value is and we look to leverage the current platforms already in use where possible.

  • Led by business leaders who know the process, backed by certified consultants and certified AI engineers and architects: You get someone who can talk through your close cycle or your quote to cash process, mapping out what great could look like for your business – then look gauge the tech stack after.
  • Vendor agnostic across the AI stack: We partner with SAP, Sage and MYOB Acumatica. Sometimes the honest answer is “your ERP already does this natively, use it, and we will advise where it potentially falls short”.
  • We build what we recommend: Where specific MCP use cases or custom / niche agents are required to be built, we can also possible assist with our own agentic platform (Levcore, currently in beta)

Questions we get asked about AI advisory, answered straight.

What is an AI Value Workshop?

From just three senior consulting days, it produces five to eight ranked AI use cases for your business, a build-vs-buy-vs-wait call on each, data and permission readiness flags, a 90-day quick win, and a one-page board-ready summary, with your recommended next step in writing.

How much does AI advisory cost?

The AI Readiness check is free, and the AI Value Workshops really depend on your AI + ERP platforms you might already be running, but it’s a more formal engagement which will be scoped and quoted before you commit.

Do we need to run SAP, Sage or MYOB Acumatica to work with you?

No. Our AI advisory is vendor-agnostic and covers your whole business, including finance, operations, service and projects as well as the ERP. Deep ERP expertise is our advantage, not a prerequisite for yours.

Is our data ready for AI?

Possibly not. In Gartner’s CIO research, 57% of organisations admit their data is not AI-ready. Our Data Readiness assessment answers the question for your data: completeness, structure, consistency and the permission model around it, with an honest read on what’s a quick fix and what’s a real project.

What makes you different from a general AI consultancy?

More than twenty years and 450+ ERP implementations across ANZ. We know your processes, data shapes and compliance context before we arrive, and we build and run AI agents ourselves, so the advice is grounded in delivery. We’ll also tell you when the right answer is to use your ERP’s native AI and spend nothing with us.

Where do you operate?

We’re an Australian consultancy with teams across NSW, VIC and QLD, working with mid-market businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Advisory engagements are remote-led with optional on-site sessions.

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A structured check of the foundations that predict AI success: data quality and structure, permission maturity, process readiness and urgency. Each axis is scored, so you can see which one is holding you back. Ours is free, and the result feeds into the AI Value Workshop, where the opportunities are ranked and costed.

How do we build a business case for AI?

Size the value against four levers: cycle time, manual touches, exceptions and rework, and decision speed. Then pressure-test it against real running costs, because AI is consumption-priced and tokens are the new currency. If a use case doesn’t move one of the four levers, it isn’t transformation. Our AI Business Case engagement applies that discipline.
