Education and Certifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, finance or a related field
2. SAP Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in S/4HANA Public Cloud, ECC or SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

1. ERP Implementation Experience: Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP solutions or 5+ years implementing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or SAP ECC. Experience managing ERP projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Industry Experience: Familiarity with various industries and their specific ERP requirements is advantageous.

Technical Skills

1. SAP S/4HANA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities and modules.
2. Data Migration: Experience with data migration strategies and tools within the SAP environment.
3. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrating SAP S/4HANA with other SAP technologies – BTP, SAC etc.

Soft Skills

1. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
